Freedom of Information

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Law, 1998, it is possible to request information within the responsibility of Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd.

Obtaining Information is Subject to a Fee
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Regulations, the following are the applicable fees and conditions for processing:

Request Fee – 20 NIS
Processing Fee – 30 NIS per hour starting from the fourth hour, for work related to locating, sorting, or otherwise handling the request.
Production Fee – 0.20 NIS per photocopied page, 2.49 NIS per computer disk.
A person submitting a request for information will pay the request fee and commit to covering the processing and production fees, up to an amount not exceeding 149 NIS.
In any case where the total processing cost exceeds this base amount, the official responsible for implementing the law will contact the requester for approval of the additional amount.
Fee Exemption – A person requesting information about themselves and their rights is exempt from the request fee and the processing fee for up to 4 hours of work.
Payment Method – The fee can be paid by check made out to Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd.

A person wishing to request information should send the completed request form, along with a check for 20 NIS made out to Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd., to:

Note: If the request includes multiple topics, a separate form should be completed for each topic (one request fee per form). Sending the request via both email/mail and fax may cause unnecessary delays in processing. Please send the request using only one method. The request will be processed subject to the payment of fees.
